NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

Welcome to the City of Oak Ridge Disability Advisory Board website.  We are excited to be hosting the first event in Oak Ridge to provide information about resources and raise awareness through demonstrations and fun activities about accessibility and people with disabilities.

Access Oak Ridge:  Creating Community For All Abilities will be held on Saturday, October 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Oak Ridge Civic Center and Senior Center.  The event is free and we are inviting people to come from surrounding communities to learn and enjoy a day of activities, information, music, food, art, games, and prizes.

Below is a Program Schedule listing the current list of demonstrators, speakers, and activities.  A list of the 40 vendors with information about recreation, employment, finances, youth activities, rehabilitation and therapy services, and more will be posted soon.
