The City of Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks Department is excited to announce the Oak Ridge Civic Center indoor pool will be hosting a new water aerobics class for adults and seniors. Tackle your New Year’s resolution with shallow water exercises suitable for all levels of water aerobics experience.
The six week session will begin the week of February 22, 2016. The class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-11am. First class is FREE! Class fees are as follows: under 65 is $4.25 per class or $42.00 for six weeks, 65 & up $2.25 per class or $37.50 for six weeks. More classes will be added in the future.
