Due to the inclement weather, we have had this week, Waste Connections was unable to get their trucks out to pick-up household refuse on Wednesday. The majority of Wednesday’s routes were run on Thursday, but there were a handful of streets that were too hazardous for the drivers to get to. Thursday’s routes were actually started on Thursday and are being finished up today. Friday’s routes will begin on Friday, as soon as Thursday’s routes are completed. Waste Connections has stated that they will work as late as the weather will permit. Due to impending winter weather, they will not be able to have a make-up day on Saturday.
