The City of Oak Ridge operates four fire stations with eight response apparatus. There are three shifts of personnel working a 24-on/48-off schedule.
In 2022, Oak Ridge Fire Department responded to 4,132 calls for service. Fire department personnel completed over 17,000 hours of training in calendar year 2023.
