Sign Up For Everbridge Notifications
The City has a new notification system to be able to better communicate with residents and businesses during emergencies and other critical events.
Everbridge is a system used by the City to make notifications to the local residents and businesses during the event of an emergency, extended power outage, traffic incident, or other community event, of which local areas of the community need to be notified.
Residents and people who work in the City can choose whether to get alerts via text message, phone call, e-mail, and/or push notification on a mobile device. If someone lives outside the Oak Ridge City limits but works in the city, they can register their cell phone at the business address and receive notifications while at work.
