Discover the Digital Genealogy Resources that you have access to through the Oak Ridge Public Library.

Find resources for your genealogy research and learn how to access them including:
  • Heritage Quest, through the Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL)
  • Tennessee Historical Records from Ancestry.com through TEL
  • FamilySearch.com and Family Search Affiliate Library
  • FindaGrave.com
  • NewsBank
  • Obituary Database from ORPL
  • COROH
  • Kingston Demolition Range Photographs

This class focuses on beginning genealogists, but resources may be helpful to more seasoned researchers who are not familiar with all that ORPL has to offer. Tennessee residency and an ORPL library card are required for some resources listed.
