Separate sealed Bids for the Water Treatment Plant Improvements - New Chemical Storage Building – COR Contract #: FY2017-003 will be received by the City of Oak Ridge, C/O Lyn Majeski, Finance Department, Central Services Complex at 100 Woodbury Road, Oak Ridge, TN 37830 until August 23, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. (Local Time).
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be begin at the Central Service Complex at 100 Woodbury Road, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, 37830 on August 11, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders and their subcontractors who wish to visit the project site must attend the conference. See Addendum Two for further instructions.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of LDA Engineering. Plans will be transferred through Info Exchange in .pdf format, no deposit required. Paper copies of the plans may be purchased upon payment of $200.00 for each set, non-refundable. Bids will be accepted from registered plan holders obtaining the Contract Documents from the Issuing Office only. Requests for Contract Documents should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
