Community Asked to Help Identify Photos in Library's Ruth Carey Collection

Feb 23, 2017 - The Oak Ridge Public Library will be displaying photos during three public viewings over the coming weeks in the hope that the community can help identify when and where the photo was taken as well as who is shown in the picture.
