INTEREST MEETING FOR NEW EXERCISE CLASS FOR SENIORS

An interest meeting for a possible Tuesday/Thursday evening exercise class will be held at the Oak Ridge Senior Center on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 5 p.m.

This class will be led by Carol Shepard, a registered nurse, and will be for anyone age 50 and over. There will be no cost for the class, but please come to the meeting to discuss the kinds of exercises that will be covered as well as the time of the class.

Anyone not able to attend the interest meeting can call the Oak Ridge Senior Center at (865) 425-3999 afterwards for the finalized information.
