City of Oak Ridge Wellness Committee and Oak Ridge Schools are co-sponsoring a Wellness and Safety Fair Wednesday, May 21, 2014 from 11:00am to 5:00pm at the Oak Ridge Civic Center. The entire community is invited to attend between the hours of 3:00pm to 5:00pm. The fair will be open to Oak Ridge School employees and City of Oak Ridge employees ONLY from 11:00am-3:00pm. 

There will be over 80 vendors present and activities including chair massages, pain assessment, ear canal screening, power tool safety, resistance exercise, blood pressure screenings, grip strength, mobile mammography, medic, healthy food choices from local restaurants, TN Highway Patrol & safe driving, Jazzercise, outdoor sports, varicose vein ultrasound, and much more. There will be many door prizes.

The Hibachi Truck will also be there selling a variety of healthy meals.  It will be set up outside of the gymnasium and the menu prices will range from $4.00 - $12.00.  The Oak Ridge High School Boys Basketball Team will be giving a summer camp preview for the community from 3-4PM!  Come out and support our school, students, city, local vendors and community.
